1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account data: email address, password (hashed), and account preferences.
• Uploads: product images you upload to generate listings.
• Generated content: listings, tags, descriptions, and other outputs you create.
• Usage data: number of generations, plan type, and feature usage for billing and quotas.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: operate and improve the Service, enforce usage limits, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, quota alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

3. Your Uploads & Generated Content

Your product images are used solely to generate your listing pack. They are never shared, sold, licensed to third parties, or used to train AI models. Generated listings belong to you and are stored so you can access them across sessions.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and projects for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, it is permanently removed from our database. If you cancel your subscription, your projects remain view-only in your library. You may request full account deletion by emailing us.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication. We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand feature usage and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, and secure API access. While we take data protection seriously, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication, and AI providers for generation. Each has their own privacy policies and security practices. We only share data with them as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Your Rights

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
